Shipping information

When you make your order, I aim to pack it up and send it out within 5 days maximum.

All orders are checked and packed personally by me, Ginshi Art, and ship from the United Kingdom.

Please be aware of any pre-order items, as they will not dispatch until they are manufactured and ready to ship. All pre-order shipping information is on the relevant product pages.
If you need a rush order (24hr postage, or very quick dispatch time) please message me before you place your order!
I cannot control delays due to the postal service itself, COVID-19 or any other worldwide issues.
